A cancellation fee of $15 per person applies to any cancellation. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the tour departure will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of departure are subject to a 100% charge. One date change is permitted per reservation, provided the request is made at least 72 hours in advance and within the same operating season. All tours operate rain or shine unless safety conditions require otherwise. Herleef reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify tours due to weather conditions, water levels, safety concerns, insufficient bookings, or circumstances beyond its control.
In cases of adverse conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme water levels, Herleef may substitute the reserved tour with another of equal or similar value. Safety is our top priority. If no tour is operated due to safety reasons, a full refund will be issued.
Herleef reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on our website and will become effective immediately upon publication.
